On the 6th to the 9th September 2000 Leaders from 160 + nations (I would call that "many" wouldn't you?) attended the Millennium Assembly and Summit to ratify the Charter for Global Democracy. "But they didn't tell us about the Earth Charter and the Rome Statute!". If you want to know who and what nations are in the UN and when they joined? Click here ... UN Nations

The Millennium Assembly and Summit -- took two actions to turn the corner from a world of sovereign nation-states to a world of disparate peoples subordinated to the supreme authority of the United Nations.

These are the adoption of the 'The Earth Charter' and 'ROME STATUTE of The International Criminal Court' and the adoption of a declaration authorising a new UN commission to implement the various recommendations necessary to bring about global governance. ... to view documents click UN Documents page.

WARNING ! -7 YEAR PEACE TREATY - WARNING !

The following was in the MILLENNIUM ASSEMBLY & SUMMIT DECLARATION.

The Millennium Summit was held at the New York, at United Nations Headquarters September 06 - 09 - 2000
II. Peace, Security and Disarmament
7. We will spare no effort (the UN Charter is clear that violence is intended to implement this) to free our peoples from the scourge of war, both intra and interstate, which has claimed more than 5 million lives in the past decade. We will at the same time seek to eliminate the dangers posed by weapons of mass destruction. (UN is the driving force behind the disarming of the nations and peoples while at the same time demanding that they [the UN] be armed to the teeth and given great power or 'TEETH OF IRON'.)

8. We resolve therefore:
To strengthen respect for the "rule of law", in international as in national affairs, and in particular to ensure the implementation of both the agreed provisions of treaties on the control of armaments and of international humanitarian and human rights laws. In this connection, we urge all States to sign and ratify the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

To enhance the effectiveness of the United Nations in the maintenance of peace and security, by giving it the resources (world tax) and the tools (ICC and UN world police force) required to promote conflict prevention, the peaceful resolution of disputes, post-conflict peace building and reconstruction, and by strengthening the capacity of the Organisation (UN) to conduct peace keeping operations.

"ROME STATUTE of The International Criminal Court"

The Rome Statute itself is in fact 'the constitution' of the ICC, and on face value does not present itself as a peace treaty, however when we read Article 121 and 123 ...

Article 121 "Amendments"
1. After the expiry of seven years from the entry into force of this Statute, any State Party may propose amendments thereto.
Article 123
Review of the Statute
1. Seven years after the entry into force of this Statute the Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene a Review Conference to consider any amendments to this Statute.

What we have here is a seven year term of honouring the legal power of the International Criminal Court in the hands of the United Nations, through a treaty formed in Rome under International law otherwise known as Roman law.

What is the purpose of this treaty????

"To enhance the effectiveness of the United Nations in the maintenance of peace" ... This makes the Rome Statute effectively a PEACE TREATY of SEVEN YEARS DURATION. Can anyone argue with that?

Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is now fully ratified by the required 60 nations.
In fact to date being 11 April 2002, there has been 66 nations pass over their power to the Beast/UN. Now that there has been 60 plus nations ratify this treaty, your country is bound and committed to serving this treaty regardless of the fact of whether they signed it or not.

The RSICC now comes into force: 1 July 2002, in accordance with article 126.
Status: Signatories: 139, Parties: 66 .... have now ratified.
In real terms the Rome Statute is a SEVEN YEAR PEACE TREATY!!!

Here is a Word from my sponsor ...

Daniel 8: 25

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

My sponsor goes on to say ...

Daniel 9: 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and ...

Here's the term midst.

The phrase, in the midst, often signifies involved in, surrounded or overwhelmed by, or in the thickest part, or in the depths of; as in the midst of afflictions, troubles or cares; in the midst of our contemplations; in the midst of the battle; in the midst of pagan darkness and error; in the midst of gospel light; in the midst of the ocean; in the midst of civil dissensions.
From the midst, from the middle, or from among. Deut.18.

1. The middle position or part; the center: in the midst of the desert.
2. A position of proximity to others: a stranger in our midst.
3. The condition of being surrounded or beset by something: in the midst of all of our problems.
4. A period of time approximately in the middle of a continuing condition or act: in the midst of the war.

This is the fulfillment of the 70th week as Daniel only counts 69 weeks as having being fulfilled. Refer Daniel's_70_weeks

Oh but what makes this a PEACE TREATY?
In short the Rome Statute is the constitution of the International Criminal Court (with a lock up clause of a seven year duration as above). The purpose of the ICC is to empower the United Nations to carry out it's agenda and the AGENDA of the UNITED NATIONS is held within it's CHARTER and also exposed in the Millennium Summit documents shown below.

"To enhance the effectiveness of the United Nations in the maintenance of peace" ... Just checking if you noted the word "PEACE" in that line???? This makes the Rome Statute effectively a PEACE TREATY of SEVEN YEARS DURATION.

Here is the preamble of the United Nations Charter, please note carefully what the purpose of the UN is according to their own charter. Full Charter here UN Documents

Charter of the United Nations
June 26, 1945, entered into force Oct. 24, 1945.
Preamble
WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED

to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, and to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, and for these ends to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbours, and to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security, and to ensure by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, save in the common interest, and to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples, have resolved to combine our efforts to accomplish these aims.

Note: the reference to the law jurisdiction as international law. (As evidenced by the words used in our legal system this is Roman law. It is sometimes called Admiralty law, or Commercial law, or Equity law all are of the Roman system of law.
Under common law (law of the land) we are innocent until proven guilty, however under Roman or Admiralty law (the law of the sea) we are guilty until proven innocent.
Roman law is very harsh, cruel and oppressive by it's very nature. It is a positive law that creats criminals as opposed to Common law which serves to protect the people.)

Note: the reference to "PEACE" "live together in peace with one another ..."

Note: the economic agenda " promotion of the economic advancement ..."

So what the constitution or purpose of the UN is, is to work through international (Roman or admiralty) law to advance "PEACE" & "ECONOMY"

Now a word from my sponsor

Daniel ch 8: 19 And he said, Behold, I will make thee know what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.
20 The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia.
21 And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.
22 Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.
23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
26 And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

We see according to the Bible, 'and by peace shall destroy many' that there will be no peace in this time.
This seven years is described in the Bible as a time of "much trouble, like there has never been before in the history of man." and it is said that if this time was not shortened there will be no flesh left on earth. Now we have a date to work from I believe according to Scripture we can now mark our calendars and work out the days.

Also correct me if I'm in error, but to me the end is right at the finish of a thing. Correct?? "for at the time appointed the end shall be"... wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

Note the words "but not by his own power" ... note also that the Beast I am referring to as the United Nations is using the great power of another empire, that empire being Rome (Roman Law). That power is divested in The International Criminal Court.

Note also that there is a destruction caused by 'peace' and that the word 'many' is used ... and by peace shall destroy many.

Note also that this word 'many' is the same word used in the requirement for a treaty or covenant to be made with ... Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week.

Rev Chapter 17

v 1 Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
7 I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

'Many' is used in at least three different places here and it should be noted that they are referring to the same peoples.

The Beast Exposed

The word beast is from the word therion diminutive from the same as thera which means "trap" or "hunting to destroy". Therion is translated beast, wild beast, venomous beast. In Biblical prophecies of the past beasts always represented governments of men.

Ones that hunt or devour men operating on the bases of control, enforced restrictions, human judges exercising authority and ultimately bondage and repression. It uses coercion and seduction of the masses by promises and appeals to pride and self indulgence. Such governments spread their influence by gifts, gratuities and benefits as well as contracts, treaties and pledges of allegiance.

These are clear actions of sprirtual witchcraft and are man made, civil and worldly and ultimately relies on an impatient belief in the spirit of force and control. In this system men codify laws and endlessly write and rewrite rules governing men. These law makers become a ruling elite. These men may be born to these positions or elected by others who would control and rule over their neighbour.

The requirement of the Beast, according to Scripture is simple. We can find this requirement in Revelation Chapters 13 and the explanation in chapter 17.

Rev KJV Chapter 13 (the bracketed portion is mine)

1 AND I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, (the stealth of the leopard creeping observe but not seen) and his feet were as the feet of a bear, (the power of the bear 'rend the caul of their heart') and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: (the killing and devouring appetite of the lion however lets not take my word for these comments, for clearification on my comments let's look at

Hosea Chapter 13 V's 7 & 8 Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way will I observe them: 8 I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.) we continue on and...

and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. (the One world Government under the UN has taken or been given a legal entity status of a person and also the power of an old Roman system of law that of Admiralty law. Common law [or the law of the land] has been replaced by governments all round the world with that of Admiralty law [the law of the sea or Rome or commercial law]) 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: (the old Roman Empire is killed, or is it? Most people today would not recognise that our government and legal system is totally Roman the beast has returned . and thus the words "the beast that was, and is not, and yet is") and all the world wondered after the beast.
4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, (worship and serving are almost synonymous in the Word of God but moreover this word means 'to fawn') saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? (the UN has now not only required all peoples to be Digitally Identified marked but also required and received it's own "World Police Force" it is with this WPF that the UN will make it's name of "who is able to make war with him?".)
5 and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. (note that forty two months is 3 years which to my calculations is about half of seven years)

In the above please note the words: " I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea"

Now let's look at the Scriptural explanation from Rev Chapter 17

v 1 Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
7 I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Can there be any question about what the beast that was, and is not, and yet is, is? Clearly this can only be an organisation that rises up out of peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues and that organisation must take on the power and authority of the beast/dragon before it. This is clearly supported by Daniel's image ... Dan's image

The thing we should note in Dan's image is that the forth kingdom is one of ''iron'' and the latter part of that kingdom is one of ''iron and clay''. Please note that the iron is still there. This clearly illustrates that the early part of the kingdom is very much the power part of the fourth kingdom and that after the fourth there is no more kingdoms. In this we see that the fourth is the last and any Scripture referring to ''The End" must therefore be under the fourth kingdom.

In Revelation 13 v 4 we read "And they worshipped [fawn - served] the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped [fawn - served] the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?"

Can anyone say that the nations of the world have not now fawn - served the United Nations? When one looks at this beast can you not now see that the words "Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?" are very applicable? Let's not stop there we can finger this beast by his actions as well.

Ten Kings or Ten Toes

Another interesting aspect, is that The Beast is to have "ten horns" and I believe it is reasonable to believe because of Revelation 17 that these ten horns are in fact the same as the ten kings that give power to the beast in the last period of time. It is to be recognised that the ten toes are part of The Beast, not separate.
I am very open to Scriptural comment. Opinion's may also be read.

I am refering to Revelation 17 v 12 & 13 and also Daniel 2 v's 31 - 44.

12 & 13 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

How does that compare with this statement?

"Under the Charter, all Members of the United Nations agree to accept and carry out the decisions of the Security Council. The Council alone has the power to take decisions which Member States are obligated under the Charter to carry out."

The UN Security Council has 15 members-- five permanent members and 10 elected by the General Assembly for two-year terms.
Permanent Members are: China, France, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, United States

THE PRESENT 2006 NON- PERMANENT MEMBERS ARE:

United Republic of Tanzania, Argentina, Congo, Denmark, Ghana, Greece, Japan, Peru, Qatar, Slovakia.

These members change and hold this position for 2 years.

I believe the ten nations that will be in the years 2008 and 2009 will be "Five from theEastern Block Nations and Five from the Western Block Nations." Why?

The Roman empire split into two legs, The East and The West.
These two legs turn into Two Feet, which is where we are right now in 2006.
However Daniel (below) discribes these feet as having "TEN TOES" I believe it's more than reasonable to consider that there will be five on each foot. Therefore one foot will have five from the west and the other will have five from the east.

I believe that the ten non-permanent members of the UN Security Council in the years of 2008 and 2009 will include five western nations and five eastern nations.

The Image of the Beast.

Having exposed and identified some major players in the Book of Revelation. These being 'The Dragon' (The old Roman Empire), 'The Beast' (The return of the old Roman Empire .. in the form of The United Nations. Note in the Scripture below it allows the position for the Roman Empire to suffer a wound, but to live on) and 'The Seven Year Treaty' (The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court).
Now we come to the "Image'' spoken of in Revelation 13 v 14-15 ... there are a number of possibilities.

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship [fawn - serve] the image of the beast should be Killed.

now look what follows ... "and" is the only term between the image and the mark ... but I'll come back to that.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Could the word "image" above be a false front or "Legal Personality" (therefore giving life to the image) spoken of in the Rome Statute? If you have read my other research and publications, you will know and understand that the word "person" is not real flesh and blood man but a legal entity or mask or a re-presentation of.
This comes from the "roman" word "persona" which is the mask that roman actors used to play out many different people and roles on stage. With this persona the actor 're-presents' other people in a play. It is not an actual presentation because the other man/woman is not there and therefore it is a re-presentation.

Knowing that the Rome Statute is a legal document and legal documents use specific words, for the Rome Statute to use such words as "Legal Personality" is no accident or mistake. Here is the text from the Rome Statute:

"Whereas article 4 of the Rome Statute provides that the International Criminal Court shall have "international legal personality and such legal capacity as may be necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfilment of its purposes;"

Above, what these scribes of the Roman legal system have done (and it's a normal process of law) is to create a "person" at law out of thin air (not a real man and but an image or mask).

Could the word "image" as used in Revelation 13:14-17 be or have the same meaning as mask or person or a re-presentation of.
What we found is that the term "image" as used in Revelation 13:14-17 is the Greek word eikon from which we get the English word 'icon'.
Many of you will know the word 'Icon" in relation to your computer, we have icons sitting there on our monitor waiting to be clicked to activate a program.
Is the icon the program? NO the icon is not the program but it representsor contains the link to the program. With this in mind we looked closer at the word 'eikon' or 'icon'.

The specific meaning of eikon has to do with being similar to, like, image, copy, likeness, semblance, representation.
"In Greek thought, an image shares in the reality of what it represents. The essence of the thing appears in the image, e.g. the god is himself present and operative in his image" [which here would be a representation of the mythical Greek gods] (New International Dictionary of NT Theology, Vol. 2).
This idea is represented in the Christian (and Judaistic) understanding of man being created in God's image. In the ancient Greek translation of the Torah, eikon was used to translate the Hebrew word translated into English as image in Genesis 1:26.

When Jesus responded to the attempt to entrap him regarding whether the Jews should pay taxes or not, he took a denarius and asked "Whose image (eikon) is this?" It was Caesar's image. In 2 Corinthians 4:4 and Colossian 1:15 Jesus is the image (eikon) of God. This is the SAME word used in Revelation 13:14-17 above.

We find it interesting that the Scripture says, "make an image TO the beast" rather than "OF the beast"! The idea here, in the Greek rendering of the phrase 'to the beast' is that the beast was the indirect object of the action being performed.

For example, if I said to you "The owner gave the donkey to him", a grammatical rendering of this sentence is that the donkey, being the object immediately affected by the action (gave) is the direct object. The indirect object is the man to whom or for whom the donkey was given. In the context of Revelation 13, the beast is the indirect object as it is the one to whom or for whom the image is made.
So, Scripture here does not say that the image is the likeness, copy, semblance or representation of the beast, but that the image was made for the benefit of the beast.

Therefore we go back to the text of the Rome Statute:
"Whereas article 4 of the Rome Statute provides that the International Criminal Court
shall have "international legal personality and such legal capacity as may be necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfilment of its purposes;"

The Rome Statute in the act of creating a 'legal personality' out of the International Criminal Court for the purpose of " as may be necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfilment of its purposes" is in fact a clear and accurate rendition of the word 'image'. As the image does not need to be a look-a-like but to merely support the beast. The ICC has within it's constitution, the ability to speak just as any other 'person' has at law and to bring about judgments and resolutions as it sees fit.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

This verse used "image of the beast" three times. Once the image was made FOR the beast it is now identified as the image OF the beast. So, although the actual process of MAKING the image did not necessarily communicate likeness, copy, semblance or representation of the beast, the PRESENCE of the image in fact does communicate the likeness, copy, semblance or representation of the beast. It is very clear that, The ICC is of Roman law and that the ICC is has been created to fulfill the purposes of the UN and it is very clear that The Beast (United Nations) asked them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast.

So one possibility is that the Rome Statute, that the United Nations required 'Many' nations to ratify, has created an "Image" to and of the United Nations, and for all the Scripturally correct/required reasons.

However the Scripture refering to the Image doesn't stop right there. there's an "and" then:

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

We need to recognise that when refering to the Image Scripture does not say that the image is the likeness, copy, semblance or representation of the beast, but that the image was made for the benefit of the beast or a tool of the beast.

Now what would be convincing is for something to happen (say a terrorist attack) to have the Security Council of the UN pass a resolution that a certain World Wide ID System should be introduced. Also what would be handy is some History into Images and marks as was used at the time of Johns writing.

The mark of the Beast EXPOSED

This is a rather in deepth study of the Mark of the Beast so that you can gain a greater background to what Scripture is refering to.

Rome was not an anarchy, but a complex system of laws, regulations and obligations. The burdens that fell upon the average laborer in order to support this burgeoning bureaucracy and apathetic welfare state were immense and they depended upon a elaborate system of tax collectors and revenue officers. The Gabbai [tax collector], collected the regular dues, which consisted of ground-, income-, and poll-tax and the Mokhes collected tax and duty upon imports and exports; on all that was bought and sold; bridge-money, road-money, harbour-dues, town-dues, etc. They had invented taxes that reached into the life of almost everyone. There were taxes based on the number of axles, wheels, pack-animals, pedestrians, the use of roads, highways; on admission to markets; on carriers, bridges, ships, and quays; on crossing rivers, on dams, on licenses, in short, on such a variety of objects, that even the research of modern scholars has not been able to identify all the names. (And yes we are still talking about old Rome .... not New Zealand OK)

They not only had to collect these taxes but they had to keep track of who had paid and who had not as well as who was a taxpayer and who was exempt. With all the traveling and trade that was done, there had to be ways of establishing who you were and what your status was. Slaves even had different statuses as well as the residents and subjects of the Empire might be required to supply statute labor for work on local roads or public projects besides the pole tax etc.

How were all these records kept and recorded in an orderly way?

They had many ways to keep track of slave and freeman as well as who had paid what and how much and who was still owing on the myriad of taxes, fees, tariffs, interest and penalties.

Both Greeks and the Romans used small boards with a slightly raised frame filled with wax. These tablets with there thin coating of dark wax were used for brief and short term notations. They scratched letters in the soft wax with a stylus so that the light-colored wood showed through. The tablets were some times linked together with thongs or metal rings and called a codex.

Longer documents were sometimes written on a paper called papyrus These were glued together into rolls 15 to 40 feet long called volumen.

Long term contracts were etched or engraved with a quill in wet clay and then the marks or seals of the parties and witnesses were pressed in as a signature. The tablets were allowed to dry and then they were stored in the temple or could then be baked into a ceramic and would last for years. This ancient method of record keeping was widely accepted.

Loans of indebtedness and usury sometimes took advantage of this more permanent form of record keeping and made men and their lands a surety by virtue of those etched covenants solemnized by seals and marks in clay fired to make them unbreakable.

The word "mark" in Revelations is from charagma [ caragma]. A charagma is a stamp or a badge or an imprinted mark. It is from the word charax from charasso (to sharpen to a point). A charax is a pale or stake, a palisade. The only connection between a charax and a charagma is that the early charagmas were made with a charax. A common charagma was created from soft clay tablets upon which letters were scribed with a sharp stick, a charax.

Slaves in the market place were given dried clay tablets to identify their owner, their qualifications and origins. If such tablets were baked with the seal of the owner they took on a permanency that protected the slave from unwarranted detention as he traveled through the public streets on errands for his master. That etched document was referred to as a charagma which was a badge of servitude.

A census in those days required some form of accounting and usually required a token to mark those who had been counted. The census called for by Augustus was regarded as the badge of servitude, and incompatible with the Theocratic character of Israel.

We are now referring to some passages in "The Book of Revelation" concerning the words 'Causeth' - 'Receive' - 'Mark' - 'Right' - 'Hand' - 'Forehead' - 'No Man' - 'Might' - 'Buy' - 'Name' - 'Worship' - 'Image' ... and taking these words back to the Greek.

The word Revelation meaning 'To take the cover off' ' disclosure: - appearing, coming, lighten, manifestation, be revealed, revelation'. I know it's been a long day but try to keep up here.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

CAUSETH

The word "causeth" comes from the word 'poieo' {poy-eh'-o} a prolonged form of an obsolete primary - do - make - bring forth - commit - cause - bewray - show - bear - lay wait - fulfil - deal - perform -

BEWRA'Y, v.t. beray. To disclose perfidiously
PERFID'IOUSLY, adv. Treacherously; traitorously; by breach of faith or allegiance.

To disclose perfidiously to make with the names of things made, to produce, construct, form, fashion, to be the authors of, the cause, to make ready, to prepare, render one anything, to make i.e. constitute or appoint one anything, to appoint or ordain one that, to be the authors of a thing, bring about, to perform in a Treacherously; traitorously; by breach of faith or allegiance manner.

From this we can recognise that the mark is not going to be openly clear but will be done in a treacherous, traitorous, by breach of faith or allegiance manner. This fact runs directly against the mark being the chip because everyone is expecting the chip, therefore it cannot be the mark.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

'RECEIVE'

We read in Revelation Chapter 13: 16 "he causeth all . to 'receive'" .

There are several things that should be recognised here.

1. The word 'receive' used here in Chapter 13 is: "did'-o-mee"; to give, bestow, bring forth, commit, deliver (up), grant, offer .

Whereas in Revelations 14 : 9-11. 19 : 20. 20 : 4.

14 : 9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

19 : 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

20 : 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Here we see a very different word used "to take ". that of : "lambano"; a prolonged form of a primary verb, which is used only as an alternate in certain tenses; vb AV - receive (133) - take (106) - have (3) - catch (3) - to take 1) to take, i.e. to take with the hand, lay hold of, any person or thing in order to use it; to take up a thing to be carried; to take upon one's self 2) to take in order to carry away: without the notion of violence, i,e to remove, take away 3) to take what is one's own, to take to one's self, to make one's own 3a) to claim, procure, for one's self; to associate with one's self as companion, attendant 3b) of that which when taken is not let go, to seize, to lay hold of, apprehend 3c) to take by craft (our catch, used of hunters, fisherman, etc.), to circumvent one by fraud 3d) to take to one's self, lay hold upon, take possession of, i.e. to appropriate to one's self 3e) catch at, reach after, strive to obtain 3f) to take a thing due, to collect, gather (tribute) 4) to take, i.e. to admit, receive; to receive what is offered; not to refuse or reject; to receive a person, give him access to one's self, i.e. to regard any one's power, rank, external circumstances, and on that account to do some injustice or neglect something 5) to take, to choose, select 6) to take beginning, to prove anything, to make a trial of, to experience II) to receive (what is given), to gain, get, obtain, to get back.

So the word lambano means to receive. The mark can be taken with the hand or laid hold of, or simply not to refuse or reject. It is clear as the word is used that the receiving may include actually taking something in your hand but more specifically merely accepting something or the use of something. This carries again the concept of trap or hunted. Is the mark implanted or simply handed to the one who receives what is offered?

It is clear from these words used, that Scripture allows for some to be 'to give, bestow, grant, offer' and some 'to take'. Basic contract 'offer and acceptance'.

Therefore the confusion over the words " And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:" is now clear. If one has been given or issued 'The Mark of The Beast', is willing to believe and recognise that he/she has been given/issued with the said 'mark' and now refuses to 'take' or accept the issuance, (for this to happen it's my belief, according to the principles of Scripture and repentance and also the Common Law, that the holder of the 'mark' would be required to 'return to sender' the mark with a full explanation and a full refute of the mark and why the 'mark' is being returned) then and only then would these men and women come into the category of having not 'received' but refused. (However this is dodgey and it is better not to have been issued in my view.)

The 'mark of the beast' is worded in the same way as 'the image of the beast' is. Therefore one is now clear to say that the 'Mark' is most unlikely to be a tattoo or chip in the hand (just as for example an actual golden image is not required for the image) but is rather more likely to be simply an 'ID system' involving the head or the hand, for the purpose of serving the beast system, issued by or ordered by the beast.

I hereby refute any attempt to say that The Mark of The Beast is a tattoo or a computer chip in any way. I do not believe that this is consistent with the full meaning of the word "receive' as one could not return or refuse a tattoo or chip after being issued with it.

Rather I believe the story about the chip is merely a red herring designed to deceive/lulling millions of people into a false since of security as it's clearly inconsistent with Scripture. Who would do that but the devil himself? The idea that the mark is a chip is really without any real support except in the imagination of dreamers and producers of Christian fables. Needless to say only the very stupid would take on a chip or tattoo.

To sum up the word receive. There are clearly three different groups of men and women here,

1. One who searches the Scriptures daily, believes the Word of God and refuses either to be given/issued or 'to take the mark' and are willing to suffer the consequences of that choice for Christ's sake. I would classify these as "BELIEVERS".

2. One who is given/issued the mark through ignorance and will reject/return the mark. I would classify these as "UNBELIEVERS" as many have said they 'prayed' about this thing and obviously didn't listen to their God given consciences. I believe the holder of the 'mark' would be required to 'return to sender' the mark with a full written explanation of why the 'mark' was being returned. Then and only then would these men and women come into the category of having not 'received' but refused.

3. One who for commercial reasons chose to disbelieve and ignore the Word of God and is willing to be issued and also 'to take' this 'mark' 'licence data base'.
I would classify these as "DEAD MEN AND WOMEN".

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

MARK

The word 'mark' as in 'to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads' is:

khar'-ag-mah; a scratch or etching, ie; stamp (as a badge of servitude), or sculptured figure (statue): - graven, mark.
khar-ak-tare' from the same as khar'-ag-mah; a graver (the tool or the person), i.e. (by impl.) engraving (["character"], the figure stamped, i.e. an exact copy or [fig.] representation): - express image.

From Websters 1828:
ETCH'ING, ppr. Marking or making prints with nitric acid.
ETCH'ING, n. The impression taken from an etched copper-plate.

The Pocket Oxford defines as:
ETCH'ING : to reproduce (a picture) in order to print copies, impress deeply, to stamp (as a badge of servitude).

GRAVEN: to fix indelibly, to engrave, to impress deeply (in, on, one's memory) especially copy of picture from engraved plates (in to-days technology the engraved plate is by way of a computer's binary digital file,) exact copy or representation, express image.

Websters 1828
EXPRESS', a. Plain; clear; expressed; direct not ambiguous.
Copied; resembling; bearing an exact representation. His face express.
Intended or sent for a particular purpose, or on a particular errand; as, to send a messenger express.

From Websters 1828:
EXPRESS', To write or engrave; to represent in written words or language. The covenants in the deed are well expressed. To represent; to exhibit by copy or resemblance.

Note: to represent in written words or language ... have you seen a piece of graphics and the way a computer stores that Image? .... here's part of a small gif file.

The actual computer format for the "ISO 7810 standard of the World Wide Digital Image Data Base" is not available for security reasons".

Websters 1828:
IM'AGE, n. [L. imago.]
1. A representation or similitude of any person or thing, formed of a material substance; as an image wrought out of stone, wood or wax.

So 'MARK' is: etching, making prints of, to impress deeply (in, on, one's memory) especially copy of picture from engraved plates, the figure stamped; a badge of servitude, as express image, plain, clear to represent; direct not ambiguous, to represent in written words or language, (computer language) formed of a material substance to exhibit an exact copy or bearing an exact representation of any person.

Please note the word servitude which comes from the word serve or servant.

It would be very reasonable to acknowledge that in today's technology the engraved plate is by way of a computer's binary digital file as shown above. I invite you to go right now and open any piece of graphics/image you have on your computer in a text editor. What you will see is that the image is converted/stored by the computer in a binary digital format, which is a huge page of digits and numbers.

Please note that when a copy of the actual format of the "ISO standard of the World Wide Digital Image Data Base" was not available as it was said that "format was not available due to security reasons".
Therefore it is quite impossible to view the storage format of these numbers/digits to evidence if there be any 666 style involved. However I believe there would be.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

IN .... the word "in" is also very interesting.

We also see the preposition in which could leave us with the concept of inside as if the mark must go inside the hand. This has been a source of great misconception concerning the mark. Does it mean that the mark must be inside your flesh? It never meant that in Rome.

'In' in this verse is translated from the word epi. It is a generic preposition that is translated many different ways as a mere preparatory word. For example it is translated in, upon, on, come to, by, at, before, over, etc.

It should be clear that there is no specification that the mark actually enters the flesh of the hand, furthermore the use of lambano should lead one to think the mark, i.e. the badge of servitude can simply be taken into the hand or not rejected or obtain the use of it without ever even touching it with the hand. Khire assists in confirming this idea when it expresses that you can receive the use of the mark through the help or agency of any one.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

RIGHT

Now the word 'right' as in "the right hand" comes from the word dexios {dex-ee-os'} from '1209'; adj AV - right hand 39, right 12, right side 2; 53

1) the right, the right hand 2)) metaph. 2a) a place of honour or authority Note that this word is from 1209 dechomai {dekh'-om-ahee} AV - receive 52, take 4, accept 2, take up 1; 59 1) to take with the hand 1a) to take hold of, take up 2) to take up, receive

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

HAND .... The word hand at the end of the text which is translated from the word khire does mean hand as an appendage but its definition is expressed as "1) by the help or agency of any one, by means of any one. 2) fig. applied to God symbolizing his might, activity, power" It is clear by this definition that the word khire is not at all limited to the concept of the physical appendage at the end of your arm.

FOREHEAD .... yet another very interesting root word metopon met'-o-pon } from ops (the face); n n AV - forehead (8) 1) the space between the eyes, the forehead. Here the word metopon is first translated "The Face".

Metopon which is translated forehead. The word is only found in Revelations. We have just seen that the word received in the hand give no evidence that anything is injected into your physical hand. Quite to the contrary the words denote acceptance, not rejected and include the idea of agency. The word metopon, e.g. the face or forehead is defined the space between the eyes, the forehead. The "chip" proponents who assure us that we don't have the mark until we are injected with a lithium battery microchip note that the injection point is along the hairline near the ear not in the center of the forehead.

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

NO MAN .... Funny thing this ... the words "no man" is not translated from oudeis which is translated 94 times "no man" and "none" times, or "any" or "any man" times. Nor is it from medeis which is translated no man 32 times and means nobody or no one. Nor did the author use ou anthropos meaning no man or no human.

The words "that no" is translated from "hina me" which is translated, that not, lest, that no, albeit not, so that not.

Man is translated from "tis" which is an enclitic indefinite pronoun translated certain 104 times, some 73, any man, any, one, man, anything, a, certain man, something, somewhat, ought, some man, certain thing ... "Tis" is defined "1) a certain, a certain one 2) some, some time, a while"

Interestingly specific statements and particular words used by the author and writers of the Bible. We are often clearly being misled to believe by many to think that words like no man means absolutely no one. Yet we clearly see here that not only was the specific statement not made by the writer but he used an indefinite pronoun to express at least only certain or some would be excluded.

2. This brings us to the qualification of the latter part of Rev13: 16-17

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

We see clearly that it's not even 'ALL' that this 'to receive' to give, bestow, is issued to, but only those who wish to 'buy or sell' . Those who do not wish to buy and sell, trade their labour, or serve the law of mammon, do not require this mark.
The same goes both ways in the words, ' that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark ' this clearly states that one who chooses not 'to take' the 'mark' are not entitled to buy and sell, their labour or the like.

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

MIGHT as in "that no man might" comes from the word 'dunamai' of uncertain affinity; v AV-can (could), cannot, be able, may (might), able, to be able, have power whether by virtue of one's own ability and resources, or of a state of mind, or through favourable circumstances, or by permission of law or custom 2) to be able to do something 3) to be capable, strong and powerful.

We see above that the word screams "licence" or "permit" of law ... a license offers favourable circumstances to the holder by way of permission of law.

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

BUY ... is another very interesting word and outcome. It comes from the word "agorazo" {ag-or-ad'-zo} vb AV - buy - redeem to be in the market-place, to attend it, hence, to do business there, buy or sell of idle people: to haunt the market-place, lounge there.

I'd like you to remember the parable that Christ told of 'the market place' of the day where a man came to the market place to hire men to work for him. On this occasion he went 3 times to the market place at different times of the day, however that is not important here. What is interesting is that Christ was using something that was right there on that day. The market place was a place where men who wanted work went and sat and waited for others who wanted labourers to come and hire them. These men "idle people lounge there" This is clearly evidenced by the above word "agorazo" to be in the market-place, to attend it, hence 2) to do business there, buy or sell 3) of idle people: to haunt the market-place, lounge there.

When we cannot even attend "the market" place because we cannot accept their license even though it offers favourable circumstances to the holder by way of permission of law, we find that we cannot "to be in the market-place, to attend it, hence 2) to do business there".

This is a breach of "rights" because under the NZ Bill of Rights Act and the International Covernent of Civil and Political Rights we have the right to life. If we cannot attend market we are effectively starved to death or deprived of that right .... the right to life has been removed.

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

HAD as in "save he that had the mark" is also a very interesting word ... you'll get sick of me saying that but look, it comes from the word "echo" {ekh'-o} including an alternate form scheo {skheh'-o}, used in certain tenses only), a primary verb; vb AV - have (612) - be (22) - need + 5532 (12) - misc (63) [709] 1) to have, i.e. to hold; to have (hold) in the hand, in the sense of wearing, to have (hold) possession of the mind (refers to alarm, agitating emotions, etc.), to hold fast keep, to have or comprise or involve, to regard or consider or hold as 2) to have i.e. own, possess; external things such as pertain to property or riches or furniture or utensils or goods or food etc., used of those joined to any one by the bonds of natural blood or marriage or friendship or duty or law etc, of attendance or companionship 3) to hold one's self or find one's self so and so, to be in such or such a condition 4) to hold one's self to a thing, to lay hold of a thing, to adhere or cling to; to be closely joined to a person or a thing.

17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

NAME

The word used in the Greek for 'name' is "onoma" {on'-om-ah}; a "name" [authority, character]: from a presumed derivative of the base of 1097 (compare 3685); n n AV - name (194) - named (28) - called (4) surname + 2007 (2) - named + 2564 1) name: univ. of proper names 2) the name is used for everything which the name covers, everything the thought or feeling of which is aroused in the mind by mentioning, hearing, remembering, the name, i.e. for one's rank, authority, interests, pleasure, command, excellences, deeds etc. 3) persons reckoned up by name

Therefore the word 'name' can be translated as: 'authority'. Remember Christ said "Go in my name and because you believe, others will know that I live" well when we go in His name (a right to command or to act) things happen, and because of that, they will know that he lives.

Websters 1828
AUTHOR'ITY, n. Legal power, or a right to command or to act; as the authority of a prince over subjects. Power; rule; sway.

We should note here that this word 'name' is an entitlement term .... that is like 'license' "legal power and a right to act".

Therefore this Scripture could very easily be read as: "17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the "legal power and a right to act" of the beast, or the number of his "legal power and a right to act"

Here is Revelation Ch 13: 16-17 in full. (the way it could be)

16 And he 'causeth' [eg. to produce, construct, form, fashion, to be the authors of a thing, the cause to make ready, to prepare, render one anything, to make, constitute or appoint one anything, to appoint or ordain one that, to cause, bring about, to perform; to a promise] all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to 'receive' [eg. to give, bestow, bring forth, commit, deliver (up), grant, offer] a 'mark' [eg. etching, making prints of, to impress deeply, especially copy of picture from engraved plates, the figure stamped; a badge of servitude, as express image, plain, clear to represent; direct not ambiguous, to represent in written words or language, delivered by special messenger or service operating at high speed, formed of a material substance to exhibit an exact copy or bearing an exact representation of any person 'in' [eg. in, upon, on, come to, by, at, before, over,] their 'right' [eg. a place of honour or authority] 'hand' [eg. by the help or agency of any one, by means of any one, activity, power] or 'in' [eg. in, upon, on, come to, by, at, before, over,] their 'foreheads' [eg. the face]:
17 And 'that no' [eg. that not ] 'man' [eg. certain ] 'might' [eg. could, cannot, be able, may, able, to be able, have power whether by virtue of one's own ability and resources, or of a state of mind, or through favourable circumstances, or by permission of law or custom, to be able to do something, to be capable] 'buy' [eg. to be in the market-place, to attend it, hence to do business there, buy or sell of idle people, to haunt the market-place, lounge there] or sell, save he that 'had' [eg. to have, to hold in the hand, in the sense of wearing, to have hold possession of the mind, to hold fast keep, to have or comprise or involve, to regard or consider or hold as to own, possess, external things such as pertain to property or riches, used of those joined to any one by the bonds of natural blood or marriage or friendship or duty or law, of attendance or companionship, to hold one's self to a thing, to lay hold of a thing, to adhere or cling to; to be closely joined to a person or a thing] the 'mark' [eg. etching, making prints of, to impress deeply, especially copy of picture from engraved plates, the figure stamped; a badge of servitude, as express image, plain, clear to represent; direct not ambiguous, to represent in written words or language, delivered by special messenger or service operating at high speed, formed of a material substance to exhibit an exact copy or bearing an exact representation of any person ], or the 'name' [eg. authority, character, called, surname, of proper names, the name is used for everything which the name covers, everything the thought or feeling of which is aroused in the mind by mentioning, hearing, remembering, the name, for one's rank, authority, interests, pleasure, command, excellences, deeds, persons reckoned up by name] of the beast, or the number of his name [eg. authority, character, called, surname, of proper names, the name is used for everything which the name covers, everything the thought or feeling of which is aroused in the mind by mentioning, hearing, remembering, the name, for one's rank, authority, interests, pleasure, command, excellences, deeds, persons reckoned up by name].

Now I want to address the words in Revelations 14 : 9-11. 19 : 20.

If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand...

WORSHIP

pros-koo-neh'-o; from Strongs 4314 and a prob. der. of 2965 (mean. to kiss, like a dog licking his master's hand); to fawn or crouch to, i.e. (lit. or fig.) prostrate oneself in homage (do reverence to, adore): - worship.

FAWN, v.i. To court favour, or show attachment to, by frisking about one; as, a dog fawns on his master, to court servilely; to cringe and bow to gain favour; as a fawning favourite or minion.

Websters Revised Unabridged Dictionary 1913
FAWN
(Fawn), n. A servile cringe or bow; mean flattery; sycophancy. Shak
Shak. Thou with trembling fear, Or like a fawning parasite, obeyest.

SERV'ILELY, adv. Meanly; slavishly; with base submission or obsequiousness.
SERV'ILE, a. [L. servilis , from servio , to serve.]
Such as pertains to a servant or slave; slavish; mean; such as proceeds from dependence; as servile fear; servile obedience. Held in subjection; dependent.

The Pocket Oxford defines SERV'ILE as 'penal servitude' or being subject to penalty or comparative disadvantage.

Continuing from Websters 1828
SERV'ITUDE, n. [L. servitudo or servitus . See Serve .]
The condition of a slave; the state of involuntary subjection to a master; slavery; bondage. A large portion of the human race is in servitude.

OBSE'QUIOUSNESS, n. Ready obedience; prompt compliance with the orders of a superior. Servile submission; mean or excessive complaisance. (just going along)

SUBMIS'SION, n. [L. submissio, from submitto.]
The act of submitting; the act of yielding to power or authority; surrender of the person and power to the control or government of another.

Well above is an extensive rendition of the word 'Worship' used in Scripture relating to the 'Worship' of 'The Beast'. Lets condense that so there is no doubt as to what this word 'WORSHIP' means in the context of this Scripture.

WORSHIP means: to fawn or crouch to, prostrate oneself in homage, to kiss (up to) like a dog licking his master's hand, servile cringe or bow, such as pertains to a servant or slave, slavishly; with base submission or obsequiousness, as servile fear obedience, held in subjection; dependent, the state of involuntary subjection to a master; slavery; bondage, ready obedience; prompt compliance with the orders of a superior, servile submission; mean or excessive complaisance, The act of submitting; the act of yielding to power or authority; surrender of the man/woman and power to the control or government of another.

I find it interesting that many many many men and women went straight way in servile fear and obedience, cringing and bowing, being subject to penalty or comparative disadvantage, promptly complying with the orders of a superior, yielding to power or authority; surrendering their image (rather Gods image as we are made in the image of God) for capture by The Beast, to the control of The Beast.

For all those who worship the Beast with the capture of their facial or right hand biometric likeness, life is made easy.
Although they are forced to 'fawn' their/God's Image of their hand or face at the bank, the check-out counter, the merchandise outlets and to the ever-present surveillance street cameras and scanners (the all-seeing-eye, the illumined idol supreme being Masonic members are led to confess as their universal god) with their facial biometric recognition systems, and all in the name of profit, peace and public security.
Whereas the rest of us have become outlaws, hunted by religious people who think they are doing the right thing.

We are being encouraged, for self-interest and greed, to give our allegiance to the Beast System rather than to God our creator.
When our God-given images are 'captured' by the Beast System, we willingly enter into contract in which we forfeit our God-given image to the Beast and as such he rightly claims it to be his property.
Thus in Scripture it is called "The Mark of The Beast", the word 'of' depicting his ownership. Although it may be possible to pass back his ID Card, it is not possible to regain possession of your/God's Image.

The 'mark' is the critical element needed to launch 'the beast system' as it locks up our assets which the beast at his whim, can manipulate as he pleases, with the recorded image of our faces or hand/thumb print as an identifier acting as a key without which the all-pervasive lock cannot be opened. Thus as mentioned before in the word 'name' (as in of the beast) his mark is his authority to unlock.

Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

KILLED .. There are many words for killed in the Greek: Thuo can be translated killed but is usually used in the context of sacrifice. Phoneuo is translated killed murder and is from t
