BLAKE Officer in Charge c/o: ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE 4601 - 44 Avenue Stony Plain, Alberta RE: Good Faith Notice and Confirmation of Agreement letter dated June 1, 2006; Case File # 2006-477659 (Acts of treason against Her Majesty the Queen) Greetings, in the name of God, this Notice of Default is offered in good faith, trust and honor by the living soul created by God and de jure minister unto him, Paul-Joseph: Ricci. Fourteen (14) days have passed since I, the living soul created by God sent you the Good Faith Notice and Confirmation of Agreement dated June 1, 2006. I have yet to receive from you in your private or public capacity and/or your agency (RCMP) any verifiable proof, evidence and/or confirmation that disproves that you and/or your agency in your capacity as legal entities, are not part of the de facto government and therefore have no jurisdiction and/or authority over dealing with a declared living soul created by God and a de jure minister unto him, who is practicing his Christian religious beliefs in accordance with the King James Bible and the Ten Commandments of God and you also have no allegiance to Her Majesty the sovereign Queen, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor. In good faith I extended to you an extra four (4) days in which to rebut the position of this living soul created by God and the facts so stated in the Good Faith Notice and Confirmation of Agreement dated June 1, 2006. As your response was not forthcoming, than it is you and your agency's acceptance by the doctrine of tacit consent that you and/or your agency have no verifiable proof and therefore the so stated facts herein and throughout are forever true, accurate and correct. As stated previously, it is a maxim of law that "silence gives assent" and "Nihil Dicit" (Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 edition). By not responding to the Good Faith Notice and Confirmation of Agreement you and/or your agency have consented to be held personally liable in your private and/or public capacity for your unwillingness to proceed upon acts of treason against Her Majesty the sovereign Queen, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor, wherein you have failed/unwilling to investigate the deliberate attempts by agency's of the de facto government of CANADA to have this living soul created by God violate his religious beliefs, of which Her Majesty the sovereign Queen, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor had sworn to uphold in her Coronation Oath of 1953. I affirm as God is my witness and to the best of my knowledge and beliefs that the above stated facts are true, accurate and correct.
