Message #138 Next Previous If John Kwok had issued a rebuttal to refute all allegations, what would the next step be? Should you not sign an agreement if you are in accordance with it? I'm thinking that his refusal to acknowledge it was him saying he does not agree with it. If I received a letter like this, it would go into the trash and I would seriously question the mental facilties of the writer. I don't believe there is any mention of John Kwok being charged with any crime and found guilty in a court of law or brought to trial. Am I wrong or was it not included in the letter. The only thing I agree with you on are that the children come first and judging from how long this matter seems to have been going on, the kids will be of legal age anyhow and custody will be a mute point. Are the chidren with their father or other family members? I hope they have support that way. |
