Asseveration

Genesis 1:29 and designates some of those herbs as part of a sacred formula in Exodus 30:23 wherein the herb Cannabis, has been mistranslated as calumus in the King James Translation, and is advised by God, to be used in making the sacred anointing oil of priests and of Kings. Romans 11:29 clearly says the gifts and callings of God are unrepentant or irrevocable.

2. The acts herein cited below are for the reference of the Queen's court and or ministry and are the bona fide words of the law with the parliament;

The Queen gets advise from the Lords Spiritual and Canada recognizes the supremacy of God and the rule of law.

c) The Queen of England is the head of the Church of England Head of the state of Canada and defender of the faith. In approving all the laws in Canada in principle the Queen gets her advise and consent from the Lords spiritual.

Therefore the Queen in defence of the faith cannot commit blasphemy by admitting that mans law is precedenential and supercedent to Gods law contrary to the command of Deuteronomy.

d) Deuteronomy 4:1 Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgements, which I teach you, for to do [them], that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you.

4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.?

12:32 What thing so ever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto nor diminish from it.

Taxation

The supreme law of Canada (rule of law), God's law, the King James Bible has no support for or in favour of taxation other than temple tax which is for the priest or minister to handle in right of his people!

e) Luke 2:1 Caesar declares all the world to be subject to his tax.
Caesar is a Roman Pagan God.

Deuteronomy 4:1 & 2 states that we are not to add to God's law, or to take away from it. God commands this. Ceasar's law does not supercede God's law. To follow the Tax mans urging is blasphemy and a violation of God's law!

Romans 16: 17 - 20 (17) Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. (18) For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. As a Christian I am not to follow man's laws, laws that create offences. The Law clearly tells me to avoid them and their laws and those who would cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine. Romans 16:17-20

Luke 23: 2 - And they began to accuse him saying, we found this fellow perverting the nation and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying he himself is Christ the King.

We accept that these were simply accusations by the Scribes and Pharisees, but we also know that two of the three are true, so why would the third not also be true. The first accusation, that Jesus was subverting the nation, at least from his accusers perspective, was true. The third accusations that he claimed he was (and indeed was) Christ, a King. Therefore, Jesus refused to pay taxes to a pagan God, and we are to refuse to pay taxes in support of an evil system, which is not following God's law.

Matthew 22: 21 Render, therefore, unto Caesar things which are Caesars and unto God, the things that are God's.

When Jesus spoke these words, he simply put Caesar on notice, and informed him for the first time, that everything is not Caesar's.

There is no doubt that God did not intend for all things to be owned by Caesar, or by any other government. They are to be under the feet, or enjoyed by all men equally.

Deuteronomy 5: 3, 6 - 9 (3) The LORD made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day. (6) I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. Taxation by CCRA is not corroborated, implied or directed towards Christians, as found in God's law. In fact, it is obvious that God speaks against taxation when in support of an evil and perverse system such as exists in Canada today.

Obedience to government

What does the supreme law say about subjecting to governmental authority?

f) Romans 13: says God's judges and rulers were ministers of God. Any Minister of God when asked if they acknowledge the supremacy of God and his law that fails to reply yes, is not God's Minister.

1 Peter 2: 13 says that you are to subject yourselves to such rules and rulers, only if they are sent by Him.

John 17:17 Public schools have removed God, and where there is no God, there is no truth.

Roman's 16: 17 Is very specific. If there is any law that creates offences contrary to the doctrine, then we are to mark them and avoid them. A law such as the Highway Traffic Act is a law of man, creating an offence, contrary to the doctrine. The doctrine of God's word gives me, a good and lawful Christian man, the absolute right to travel, and not be interfered with in any way.

Application of Charter

32. (1) This Charter applies;

(a) to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matters within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and

(b) to the legislatures and governments of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province.

This Constitution Act applies to the government (not to men or women without a contract) in all its authority vested in God.

Intimidation

423. (1) Every one who, wrongfully and without lawful authority, for the purpose

children, or injures his property,

It is my belief and understanding that Queen Elizabeth the second of England Queen of Canada is the defender of the Faith, and that the Queen of England, the Defender of the Faith, defends the rule of law, God's law as defended and supported by the coronation ceremony of 1953 and section 22 of the 1646 Westminster confession of faith,

The Imperial Acts and the Coronation Oath, etc:

Since the Revolution of 1688, Britain's Crown has by law been specifically reserved for Protestant Monarchs only. The Bill of Rights, and the Act of Settlement make this abundantly clear, and therefore the Accession Declaration demands that every heir to the Throne shall be Protestant, and must swear accordingly.

In the Coronation Service (in the one statutory part of the Service), the Archbishop must administer the Coronation Oath, in which he demands of the Sovereign a promise to govern each country (including Canada) according to their respective laws and customs, but so as to maintain the Laws of God, causing Justice in Mercy to be executed in each country:

The Sovereign, with right hand upon the open Bible, must solemnly answer: "All this I promise to do."

The Monarch holds the Government of Scotland under the conditions of the Act of Union and must swear an Oath to preserve the rights of the Protestant Church in Scotland.

Our present Queen, like all other British Monarchs over many centuries, has also sworn these Oaths. The Statute for Settling the Coronation Oath was passed by Parliament at the beginning of the reign of William and Mary, over three hundred years ago.

King George III set the standard for the value, solemnity and lasting application of all Oaths, when he said:

"Where is the power on earth to absolve me from the observance of every sentence of that Oath, particularly the one requiring me to maintain the Protestant Reformed Religion.?

"Was not my family seated on the Throne for that express purpose, and shall I be the first to suffer it to be undermined, perhaps overturned? No, No, I had rather beg my bread from door to door throughout Europe, than consent to any such measure.

"I can give up my crown and retire from power. I can quit my palace and live in a cottage. I can lay my head on a block and lose my life, but I cannot break my oath.

"If I violate that oath I am no longer legal sovereign in this country."

In the same way, if a Parliamentarian violates his sworn Oath, he is no longer a legal member of Parliament. We owe it to our Queen and to ourselves, our children and grandchildren to hold our members of Parliament, and all such agents of her Majesty as may be so appointed to such duty as such allegiance claims. Failing to provide such affirmation of such active oath is to disavow the allegiance. The oath of allegiance is no longer to Canada, nor to the people of Canada, but to some powerful foreign masters in the United Nations who demand illicit allegiance with threats of Treaties and International Law.

Such disloyal Parliamentarians are happy to take us from under the Common Law protection of the Christian Monarchy, and put us into slavery under the non-Christian United Nations.

The Coronation Oath:

The Oath

The Queen having returned to her Chair (her Majesty having already on Tuesday, the fourth day of November, 1952, in the presence of the two Houses of Parliament, made and signed the Declaration prescribed by Act of Parliament), the Archbishop standing before her shall administer the Coronation Oath, first asking the Queen,

Madam, is your Majesty willing to take the Oath?

And the Queen answering, I am willing,

The Archbishop shall minister these questions; and the Queen, having a book in her hands, shall answer each question severally as follows:

Archbishop: Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, Pakistan and Ceylon, and of your Possessions and other Territories to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs?

Queen: I solemnly promise so to do.

Archbishop: Will you to your power cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgments?

Queen: I will.

Archbishop: Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel?

Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law?

Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England?

And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges, as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?

Queen: All this I promise to do.

Then the Queen arising out of her Chair, supported as before, the Sword of State being carried before her, shall go to the Altar, and make her solemn Oath in the sight of all the people to observe the promises: laying her right hand upon the Holy Gospel in the great Bible (which was before carried in the procession and is now brought from the altar by the Archbishop, and tendered to her as she kneels upon the steps), and saying these words:

The things which I have here promised, I will perform, and keep. So help me God.

Then the Queen shall kiss the Book and sign the Oath.

The Queen having thus taken her Oath, shall return again to her Chair, and the Bible shall be delivered to the Dean of Westminster.

The Presenting of the Holy Bible

When the Queen is again seated, the Archbishop shall go to her Chair; and the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, receiving the Bible from the Dean of Westminster, shall bring it to the Queen and present it to her, the Archbishop saying these words:

Our gracious Queen:

to keep your Majesty ever mindful of the law and the Gospel of God

as the Rule for the whole life and government of Christian Princes,

we present you with this Book,

the most valuable thing that this world affords.

And the Moderator shall continue:

Here is Wisdom;

This is the royal Law;

These are the lively Oracles of God.

Then shall the Queen deliver back the Bible to the Moderator, who shall bring it to the Dean of Westminster, to be reverently placed upon the Altar. This done, the

Archbishop shall return to the Altar.

5. The unlawful use of the Royal Prerogative to

a) suspend or offend against, with statutes, in ways which are prejudicial and detrimental to our sovereignty, contrary to the Coronation Oath Act, 1688;

b) subvert the rights and liberties of your loyal subjects, contrary to the ruling in Nichols v Nichols, 1576.

6. It is my belief and faith that the Queen in all commonwealth countries is the defender of the faith head of the Church of England and head of the state. She is exactly like the biblical figure Melchizadek who was high priest and King in one body. The constitutions of the commonwealth countries all start off saying the Queen got advise and consent from the Lords Spiritual and the preamble says God is Supreme and the rule of law.

Now the Queen as head of the church and defender of the faith cannot commit blasphemy in saying mans law is precedential and supercedent to God's law as in the command of Deuteronomy 4:1-2; 12:32, to not add to or take away from God's law is clear.

It is under threat duress and intimidation I offer this notice of the present and future good faith and intent I, Edward-Jay-Robin: of the family Belanger, as a man, a creation of God, born during the month of _____ on the th day in the year 19 in the local of _____________in the Province of ____________________ in the Country of Canada, and now living in the locale of _________________ Canada and may be contacted at c/o ______________ in the province of__________, Canada. I am practicing in my belief in God's royal law as being the King James Bible of her majesty the Queen Elizabeth the second of the British commonwealth, and in faith relying on her duty to be in defence of the faith in royal style, and as such ensure that all of her agents are allegiant with her in defense of this faith.

When a non-allegiant man, woman or person, falsely sworn to the Monarch of Canada, posing as a justice, judge, master, or officer of the court, within the form of a court with Her Majesty's authority, proceeds against me without my permission, it is Treason. The use of force or gun's or punitive claims, placing me under threat, duress and intimidation is unconscionable, unlawful, and punishable by the courts of Federal and International Jurisdictions. The unauthorized court has claimed war upon the people of Canada using the Queen as their Champion. The claim of a positive answer by the court to the test of the integrity, offered by the claimant would relieve all parties of the confusion caused by the action of a perceived act of treason against the people of Canada by the Queens court. I as a Christian Minister with authority of God's law, and compelled to perform a function of my calling, in duty, as protected by 176 and 337 of the Canadian Criminal code and am of belief and faith with works and words in defense of the Church Property of the Church of the Ecumenical Redemption, Heatherdown Ecclesia, near Onoway Alberta required to post notice and ask all professed allegiants to Elizabeth the Second Queen of Canada, present before me, if they know the meaning and purpose of their allegiance to her majesty, and to provide me with that information they have in their possession under section 337 of the Canadian Criminal code and assure me they are true allegiant agents of her majesty and not imposters. I must do this as a minister of Christ, in defense of the Christian faith to rest assured that they know what the meaning and purpose of that allegiance is, that they swore to. Failure to confirm that meaning with the true understanding and purpose of the oath , admits perjury and disavows and voids all sanction and authority her majesty intended.
